Monday 8th August 1994, With Celtic home ground of Parkhead closed due to major redevelopments, for the 94/95 season played "Home" games at Hampden Park, which itself was in the process of being redeveloped.
With Rovers having a slightly stronger squad than the previous game up at Aberdden two days earlier, meant it was a sterner test for both teams on show, itself the game was played mainly in the middle of the park with both attacks getting rare chances to shoot on goal, The only chance with a result was from Falconer for Celtic on the 83rd minute, thats how the game finished.
